I searched for some items for groceries, but they didn't appear. When I contacted the support team, they advised me to place the grocery order the next morning. However, when I opened the application again the next morning, the grocery items were still not showing. I contacted support again, and they mentioned that the items might be out of stock. Their support team seems unaware of issues with the application, leaving customers without proper guidance. It's a frustrating application.

EXTREMELY WORST EXPERIENCE!! They offer express delivery of grocery and daily household items within 40minutes but they dont have delivery men/riders at all.. just place an order and then have to wait for 2-3 hours to let them assign a rider to pick up our order and get it delivered.. and most of the times they just cancel the order after 3-4 hours waiting.. one more thing is that the items that are out of stock are also being mentioned on the app and u got to knw this after receiving order

Worst experience ever. Ordered at 5pm, rider came at 8.30pm with items missing. They told me they will deliver missing items but their own Kmart employees said items are not available. Refunded less amount in wallet, I ordered the missing items again but still 1 item was missing. If you dont have the inventory then why let the customer order. Worst app, worst customer support. Deleting the app. Would not recommed anyone to use it
